As an Authorized Brock Bin Dealer, our crews get to see and help establish a site go from a patch of grass to a large grain handling operation with Brock Bins as the core of it all.
Nothing redundant in this line of work and our millwrights are ready to work on new construction or existing structures. Our millwrights and crane operators are essential to constructing the ideal grain set up.
Welding on a spout or setting a tower with a crane are just a few examples of the many things our millwrights do.
They are called in during a busy harvest season to repair stirrators, legs, conveyors, or anything the farmer needs to keep their grain systems moving. There are many levels of work that the millwrights see, literally.
Isn’t it satisfying to see a building from the ground up through completion? Our building crew has mastered the art of completing a building from scratch. Commercial or agriculture, expansions or new construction, storm damage or re-roofing projects, there’s not much that our building crew can’t tackle!
As a Butler Builder, our building crew specializes in steel buildings, keeping them busy year round!
Having our own concrete crew is the foundation of our turnkey operation and allows us to complete the jobs from start to finish.
They are able to prep and pour bin pads, dryer bases, and grain pits, as well as foundations or approaches for buildings!
Not only can they pour new, but they can do repairs, as well.
From fixing blown fuses to installing new motors, our skilled electricians get their hands in a variety of different tasks. Our electricians wire all of our projects– bins, grain dryers, buildings, etc. They stay busy during harvest with service calls for farmers, getting their grain dryers back to running correctly. During the end of summer, they complete preseason checks on grain dryers to help eliminate any hiccups during the fall season.
Our electricians install solar panels, and they stay busy wiring and troubleshooting for new construction, remodels, and upgrades.
If “off-the-shelf” solutions won’t work, our skilled welders are able to customize specifically to meet the needs of our customers. They are able to custom fabricate a solution for grain operations of any size.
They are another vital role in our successful turnkey operation, and have a huge role in refurbishing Kan-Sun Grain Dryers, a D & B specialty, by fabricating all new bases for the used dryers, making them like new.
